This is a detached holiday home, full of atmosphere, in a hamlet of 7 houses. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden of 1000m2. A brook runs alongside the house. The holiday home offers every comfort and modern facility for a pleasant stay.
There is a spacious swimming pool in the garden which is ideal in the summer months. The village of Moulins Engilbert is around 8 km away. The village is good for shopping and restaurants. There are various places of interest in the surrounding area such as Vezelay, Bibracte with its excavations, Nevers and Autin.
For wine lovers there are the cellars of Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Côte dOr and Chateau-Chinon. There are excellent lakes for swimming, fishing and nice long walks around 15 km from the holiday home.
