This traditional French farmhouse is detached and fully renovated. It is in a quiet little hamlet. Le Vieux Dun is in the Morvan, a protected nature reserve in Burgundy.
There is a spacious, sheltered lawn in front of the holiday home with excellent views of the valley and its extensive forests.
The farmhouse is comfortably furnished and offers every facility. There is a wood burning stove.
The nearest village is Dun les Places where you can get your daily shopping. It is 5 minutes away by car.
You will find forests, fast flowing rivers, lakes, meadows and plenty of fresh air in the surrounding area. The scenery here is beautiful and is a wonderful experience. You can enjoy walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, canoeing and horse riding. You can also enjoy the restaurants and atmosphere in the old towns and villages.
