A large studio apartment (36 m) situated on the ground floor of the owner's house, a former 17th century farmhouse overlooking the Rance and the port of Dinan. The Dinan region combines history, local heritage and nature. To the beauty of the landscapes and rivers, to the light of the stones and the sky, the generosity of the land and forests, the communes around Dinan add, in effect, an extraordinary human heritage that is both civil, religious and military in nature.
