The hamlet of Wittenschwand, part of the municipality of Dachsberg, is situated at an elevation of about 900 metres, not far from the 1468 metre famous Feldberg. Fields, meadows and ponds, cliffs and small churches and chapels characterize the landscape between the individual houses and farms.
This beautiful Black Forest house with comfortable and completely furnished apartments (from 2 persons) is located in an absolutely quiet and sunny location. The very beautifully arranged garden, with sunbathing area and seating on a small stream invites you to relax.
The region offers walking and hiking, but in the winter also Nordic skiing on the groomed tracks, as well as sledding and ice skating and skiing via the ski lift. There are numerous sports and leisure activities in the region.
Interesting and impressive excursion options: Switzerland (Basel, Zurich), France (Strasbourg), Freiburg, Schluchsee, Titisee with all imaginable sports, Feldberg, Rhine falls at Schaffhausen, Lake Constance.
