House description
In the 60 km. east of Berlin situated village Frankenfelde on the ground of the landlord lies this lovely quietly situated detached house which you occupy entirely by yourself. The spaciously set up and recently renovated accommodation has amongst others a modern bathroom with corner bath, a spacious living room and a kitchen from where you have direct access to the south-east situated terrace with garden furniture and from where you have a beautiful view at the village church and preceding lake. A day in Berlin is certainly optional considering the Alexanderplatz is reachable within the hour by public transportation, but also without Berlin the Märkisch Oderland is still a nice and little known destination. You can explore the alternating landscape of meadows, forests and several lakes easily by foot or by bicycle ( thanks to the fact that the region is relatively flat). A visit to the atom bunker (3 km.), the Oderbruch (8 km.) and the forest area around Bad Freienwalde (15 km.) are recommendable. If you want to combine a lovely relaxing holiday in the nature with a few days in Berlin, then this is the right place for you.
