The residence is an ideal starting point for hikes and cycling tours to discover the Spreewald with its unique landscape and many traditions.
You shouldnt miss a boat trip in the Spreewald, which is great at any time. In the castle, about 2 km away, you will find various promoters and boat rental agencies in addition to shops, restaurants and cafes.
The Bismarck tower is in the immediate vicinity, from which you have a wonderful view of the broad landscape.
Visit the Spreewald baths (5 km), the Fürst Pückler Park with its museum and Schloss Branitz at Cottbus (15 km), Berlin and Dresden (approx. 100 km).
