The Le Mont-Ferrand Residential Complex is in Super-Besse. It is in the heart of the beautiful Regional Nature Park of the Volcanoes of the Auvergne. Super-Besse is an excellent family ski-area. The Grand Sancy ski-area consists of the Super-Besse and Mont-Dore ski-areas which are connected to one another. This makes Grand Sancy the largest ski-area in the Central Massif. You can enjoy 85 kilometres of ski-runs and areas for snowboarding and snow-kiting. There are 120 kilometres of cross country ski-runs and more than 200 kilometres of snow shoe (raquettes a neige) walking routes. You can also enjoy a visit to the charming medieval town of Besse-en-Chandesse. You can taste regional specialities such as truffade, a regional potato dish, and delicious Saint-Nectaire cheese. The complex is in an excellent position on the south side of the Sancy Massif. You can ski to and from the complex. The Le Mont-Ferrand Residential Complex consists of two buildings of four floors, both have lifts. There are 69 studios and apartments in the complex.

The children's club operates outside French school holidays for children from three to six years. It caters for children from three to fourteen years and youngsters from fifteen to seventeen years during French school holidays.
