House description
A splendid location for your active holiday. A completely renovated gite situated in the heart of France on a property of 50 hectares. The domain has its own horses and a big fishing and swimming lake of only 20 000m2. The domain is surrounded by the 11 000 hectare big Foret de Troncais, whereby the unique departure point is for outdoor trips, hiking trips and cycling routes. In the centuries old oak wood is the big winter oak of Europe "Chene Stebbing" (37m high), "La Sentinelle (with of 6 m) and the oak "les Jumeaux".
The lakes and many little rivers make the surroundings perfect for nature lovers. The closely situated lakes offer among others fish, rowing and sailing possibilities. Special for swimmers there are sand beaches at the lakes with supervision.
