A holiday home with private swimming pool and garden at about 600 metres with unimpeded view onto the Vallée des Bourges in the Ardèche situated in the sunny part of France. A very nice area with great walking routes, swimming in a natural environment a half an hours walk through the woods. Cultural visits such as to the Ardèche Gorge, 50 km, the pretty village of Vogue (20 km canoe trip), the Aven dOrgnac (9 caves), 50 km and the impressive Roman Bridge of Gard one hours drive away. You are sure of a great holiday here. The property is in a hamlet of seven houses and consists of three separate houses the middlemost of which is used by the Manager. The left- and right-hand houses are for hire and can be hired both at the same time or separately so when one house is being let the other is not occupied thus allowing for maximum privacy.
